  They've fixed the Genius Bar problems which caused me to give one star before. You now can, and should, make a reservation online rather than walking in and taking your chances at this incredibly crowded location. (If you don't have a reservation, be in line when the store opens in the morning.)
  
  As at all Apple stores, I have found the personnel to be knowledgeable and proactive in fixing your problems vs suggesting rote solutions. You will most likely need to leave your product repair, so factor that into your plans. And back up before you go. But you always do that, right?
