  We live somewhat local and was looking for a place with a pool for the kids. We booked online and checked in, got ready for the pool and on our search, the staff informed us that due to construction on a new hotel next door the pools main pipe was cut so the pool had been closed for 8 months. Nowhere online did it mention this. They were accommodating and didn't charge us. We went to a different hotel. The place looked clean and the staff was friendly.
