    I have used this pharmacy now for about four years. At least 4 to 5 times a year I have major issues with them. I have stayed because I have limited mobility and access to other pharmacies. This is the closest one to my home, and across from my doctors office.
    They have magically sent my prescriptions to other CVS pharmacies that I have never been to. I was told by them that I told them to send it to this other pharmacy. Which was just a bold face lie. I noticed that the girl who did that screw up no longer works there.
    I have several scripts that are suppose to automatically refill. I will have no issue for months. I will get my text updates and reminders fine. The scripts will be there ready and waiting. I always call ahead though just to make sure.
    I was sent a text stating my script was ready for pick up two days ago. I called this AM and magically no script is waiting for me and no one can tell me why I got the text or what is was for, or why my script has just stopped auto filling.
    I was told today that I am just wrong, that I received no text or that if I did it was just to remind me to fill the script. I stated to Audra Houck the tech that this has happened several times to me each year. Then the next few months everything is fine and we go through this all over again just about four months later.
    I explained that I have limited time and mobility. I call ahead not because I should have to, if your information was ever correct I would not have to take this extra step. I told her I needed this medicine as soon as possible, that I would need to be there within the next half hour and she flatly said no, maybe in the next few hours at earliest an hour. I can not make it there then and would not have the ability to again for a few more days and I need this medicine every day. I would have loved to have gotten it before the script ran out and usually do but was just not able to this month.
    I know how to read and I understand words well enough to know the difference between your order is ready for pick up and a reminder to refill your script.
    I then get told the issue is resolved they changed it to automatic, but here we are again! I asked to speak with a pharmacy supervisor and or manager. Ms. Houck thought today she would be cheeky and instead sent me just back into the regular CVS phone lines. A regular employee picked up and was confused as to why she would have transferred me. She transferred me because she didn't want to deal with me or get in trouble. She assumed I would just hang up.
    He could only send me to a regular store manger. That store manager also seemed very confused as to why she would send my call to them since SHE IS THE PHARMACY MANAGER! So instead of saying I am the manager she just threw my call to the side. What an amazing manager she is.
    Once I told them I was making a complaint to the Board or Pharmacies magically she refilled it within the next 15 minutes. Sadly though because of all the run around and all the time she wasted not doing her job I can now not pick up my script. I am trying to make other arrangements and will also have to take time off of my job where if I have an unscheduled absence or need to leave I accrue discipline points, so I will have to add a point to my very clear record thanks to Audra Houck and this terrible pharmacy.
