  Not a customer, but I had a run-in with one of the drivers on my way to work on I-787S. They tailgated me the entire time, and I was quite uncomfortable with how close they were. If you're advertised as a towing company, you should be helping with accidents, not attempting to cause them. If this is how they drive, I would not recommend them as a business.
