  The store is awesome, but most of the staff is not. I never get asked if I need help with finding anything and if I ask, I get snubbed by one of the employees. I don't know if it's because I'm seventeen and they think i'm not going to buy anything, but their wrong because I'm a VIB ROUGE. Very disappointed with the staff, for the amount of money I'm paying I should at least be treated with respect because the last time I was treated so badly I don't know if I even want to return to the store. I recommend going to the JC Penny counter in Crossgates mall because the way you are treated is amazing.
