  The manager at this location, "Trish", is incredibly rude, loud, adversarial, obnoxious, annoying and the employees can't stand her. She tries way too hard to be a manager and will treat you with incredible disrespect. If you have ANY issue with your purchase, she's going to fight you on it. I'm telling you, --- once you walk out the door, forget it. If you want to make an exchange, have an issue, you're out to dry. She'll fight you until you threaten to get the district manager involved (Brian or Carmine). I've never dealt with someone that gets under my skin as much as this woman does. Go to Colonie Center, go to Wilton Mall. Go anywhere but here.
