  I have dealt with this company since the late 1980's. Throughout this time, they have consistently offered attentive service, quality products, and a variety of options for instrument rental or purchase.
  
  The Keal reps I have known have been friendly and knowledgeable, providing not only reliable handling of orders but also product suggestions and even on-the-spot repairs. The few instances where I have had a problem with a product or repair they have gone above and beyond to rectify it. They stand behind their products and services.
  
  The repair protection offered in the rent-to-own program is really valuable, especially when working with young musicians. It is also a lifesaver to be able to acquire "loaner" instruments for when repairs have to be made.
  
  It is very easy these days - with just a few clicks - to go online and find almost any instrument or supply at almost any price. Certainly one can search the web and find some better "deals." However, in my opinion there is no substitute for the service and attention offered by locally-owned business. I highly recommend John Keal Music!
