  After several calls over a period of thirty days, we scheduled an appointment with a Pella representative at Crawford Door and Window to examine a slider door that had been incorrectly installed by the builder. We had to provide a $125.00 deposit prior to the appointment via our credit card We took the day off from work to be home for the representative. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! We received no call canceling the appointment, and no call in response to the messages that we left for the representative.
