  I had my estimate done in November for 3 windows. Mike, who did the estimate was very thorough and professional. However, I had to reach out to office staff over 3 times to get a date scheduled for installation. My windows were supposed to be installed end of December and they ended up not being installed until the end of January. The office kept ensuring that they would "call me when the windows were in," except I had been told it would only take a few weeks from when the estimate was done in September. David and his crew who did the install were friendly and efficient. So, the estimate was great, the install was great, dealing with the office was extremely frustrating and almost made me have to go elsewhere.
