  Waited 38 minutes past our appointment. Floors are filthy the counters are cluttered and The young lady who checked us in very unenthusiasticly stood at the front counter on her phone most of the time. After getting back to the photo area it was very rushed and our baby was miserable after waiting around. Not at all what we wanted. Not a great experience. So we stood around waiting for out photos to be loaded onto a computer that we had to do ourselves. We were told to “Look at the pictures ourselves” we had no idea what we doing and finally after I complained someone finally came over. Did not enjoy our photos it was a total waste of money. We will never be back again.
