  They set-up these large open house type tours of property, at a time when their office is closed, appointment times appear to be non-negotiable, everyone who views and wants the place has to then fight to be the 1st one to reach them to get the place. The person I spoke with was very professional no complaints there, but she did tell me I have to leave my security deposit, and wait 3-5 business days for application processing, before I can get the keys. I asked if I find another place can I get my deposit back but it's non-refundable. My only complaint is the process, I work to hard for my money, to put it in a non-refundable position, and I didn't appreciate everyone being herded into 1 appointment. I didn't go through with it, because I work over 40 hours a week and felt their process was too much of a hassle. I didn't care about being checked out because my son and I both went through extensive checks to get our jobs. But everyone I spoke to was nice, and when I voiced my concerns about handing over the money and waiting days to get the keys they did try to reassure me I guess I have trust issues, but I've met a lot of questionable people in my recent apt searches.
