  This place is awesome the associates are willing to give their opinions on all the items, without pressuring you into making a purchase. The only thing wrong was that they set up my plan with Verizon and told me I could receive a tablet for $1 and $10/mon. That sounded great, especially because the GM Elder told me that if I dont like the tablet I can return it in 13 days. So I got suckered into the tablet; I returned the tablet 3 days later and Verizon charged me the activation fee for the tablet and 1 months service for the tablet. I told the GM Elder that they charged me and he said he would take care of it. He told me to pay my bill minus the $40 activation fee and best buy would take care of it. Verizon told me that if I don't pay the full amount they will count it as a missed payment and it will affect my member status with Verizon. Elder never told me about the activation fee upon set up, now for three days of service I am paying $50 extra for an item I never used. Beware when you go to this store, know what you want and dont let them make you buy into any BS they are selling.
